Discover Scuba Diving is specially designed for people who have the utmost curiosity about scuba diving and wish to try it in a safe and friendly environment. The course lasts about 3 hours and consists of a 25-minute theory class and an actual 45 minutes dive of up to 6 meters, right afterwards.
The whole activity is supervised by our PADI instructors, ensuring maximum fun and safety, with a ratio of one instructor for every 2 guests.
The program is offered twice daily, either at 09.30 or at 14.30, and includes full insurance, professional PADI instructors and all the diving equipment you will need.

Useful information about diving:
- Flying is not allowed within a minimum of 12 hours after SCUBA diving activities.
- Diving is not allowed for pregnant women.
- Not suitable for people with heart problems or other serious medical conditions. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (for
example asthma, heart conditions, etc.) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor.
Whether you are a family, a group of friends or a couple on a honeymoon, this tour is ideal for anyone who wishes to discover what is below the surface of those crystal-clear waters with their snorkeling equipment.
Get on board with us and let us take you to the most secluded beaches, that can only
be reached by boat. You will get the chance to swim in the most transparent waters,
explore the natural wonders with your snorkeling equipment and get a unique
experience to carry back home.
During our 3 hours program, we will stop at different locations in the region of Souda Bay, the Mediterranean's largest natural harbor, including reefs, underwater and on land caves.
Moreover, you will get to learn all the names of the fish we will meet through our waterproof little fish book.
You will be provided with wetsuits, masks, fins and snorkels and you will be constantly guided and led by an experienced instructor.
Throughout your time with us, we take photos and short videos that are sent to you via mail for free! On the boat you will also be offered fresh fruit and bottled water, whenever you feel like you need a refreshment.
During our tour, on one of our stops, we will also offer you the amazing opportunity to experience Stand Up Paddling (SUP)!
Your SUP experience will start with a short demonstration of the paddling basics, we will then guide you on how to balance on the board, till you are comfortable enough to head to the crystal water for your first paddle tries!
This amazing activity, available for all ages, will fully elevate your fun adventure during the boat trip.
There is absolutely no need for previous experience with snorkeling, it is a fun and easy activity for the whole family! Just relax and enjoy the good company, the warm sun, the
amazing views and allow yourself to immerse in this underwater world of peace, tranquility, and unique beauty.

- As Omega Divers, is a 5-star PADI Diving resort, we follow the rules and safety guidelines dictated by PADI and all our activities are fully covered by DAN insurance.
